Slope Stabilization
Protective walls are generally retention systems executed to stabilize slopes, due to the existence of unstable terrain, or for safety reasons due to the proximity of buildings, roads, railway lines, etc. The walls can be made continuously (diaphragm walls), using specific equipment, or discontinuously (secant piling) using rotating drills. Likewise, tie back walls can be built, through the use of active or passive anchors, with shotcrete protection.
